Terms of Service

1. Licensing Overview

By purchasing a license for NitroFIT28, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download, configure, and run the gym operating software in accordance with the purchased tier:

  • Regular License: Permits installation and operation for one (1) gym brand or single physical venue. You may customize the unencrypted source code, but you cannot run multiple brands or distribute it.
  • Extended License: Permits installation for unlimited client sites, white-labeled brands, and franchise locations. Ideal for web agencies and developers building bespoke portals.

2. Source Code Distribution Limits

Regardless of the license tier selected:

- You CANNOT resell, repackage, lease, redistribute, or share the NitroFIT28 PHP/Vue codebase as a standalone framework, template, or competitor SaaS script.

- You CANNOT publish the raw, unencrypted source code on public code repositories (e.g. GitHub, GitLab public repositories).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The NitroFIT28 software design, database schemas, hardware sync synchronization scripts (GateCloud), and associated code blocks are the intellectual property of Coderstm. Your purchase grants usage rights as defined by the license tier, not transfer of copyright ownership.

4. Hardware Synchronization & APIs

If you utilize our optional GateCloud synchronization features to connect physical gates or turnstiles:

- You must verify hardware compatibility (primarily ZKTeco standard devices) prior to deploying. Coderstm is not responsible for physical device malfunctions, firmware mismatches, or site network outages.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

NitroFIT28 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Coderstm be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages (including loss of business profits, member database corruption, or billing disputes) arising from the installation or usage of this software.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued usage of our updates, security patches, or support portals indicates agreement with the updated terms.
