NitroFIT28 delivers the complete, unencrypted PHP and Vue source code immediately upon purchase. Because the product is digital and its source code cannot be retracted, we enforce a strict no-refund policy after a license has been bought and files are delivered.

Exception Guidelines
Since source code access grants full offline intellectual rights, exceptions are only evaluated in the following circumstance:
- A technical failure occurs during the delivery process where license files cannot be downloaded, and our engineering support team cannot resolve the issue within five (5) business days after ticket submission.
