NitroFIT28 is a self-hosted platform. All member records, profiles, session bookings, attendance logs, and financial transactions are stored directly on your own servers. Coderstm does not store, access, or harvest your gym's member database.

1. Data Collected on Our Marketing Site

We only collect personal information that you directly provide to us when interacting with our marketing website:

Lead & Contact Information: Name, email address, gym brand name, and messages submitted via the Contact or Demo forms.
Usage Analytics: Anonymized browsing data collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to evaluate page performance and ad conversion metrics.

2. GateCloud Hardware Data Transience

If you opt to use our **GateCloud** biometric sync service to connect physical gates or card scanners:

- The scanner logs (e.g. RFID card check-ins, barcode scans) are securely transmitted from your local hardware clients via SSL to identify members.

- This communication payload is treated as transient, encrypted, and is not permanently logged or sold to third parties.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to analyze web traffic. You can choose to dismiss cookies through our consent banner. Restricting cookies will not impact your browsing of the marketing website, but it prevents conversion logging.
